Payment for Services:
Payment for hauling and delivery services is due in full at time of service.

Cancellations:
If you need to cancel or reschedule your hauling service, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for all cancelled appointments. Once we take a reservation, we hold that time slot open for you and turn away other potential customers in order to ensure your time frame.

Refunds:
Since hauling and delivery services are a very personalized and subjective service, we cannot offer refunds to customers. 

Illness:
If you or anyone in your family gets a contagious illness, please be considerate of us and call to reschedule your hauling after the illness is gone.

Privacy Policy:
We do not share the information gathered through this website or any personal information with any other third party.

Extra Services:
If you require extra services on your scheduled hauling day, please contact us 48 hours in advance so we may allow the extra time needed at your home and we can give you a quote for the additional services.

Tipping:
Maui hauling services crew never require tipping, but it is a powerful way to say ‘Mahalo’ to your housekeeper. Remember your appreciation need not be monetary. A personal note from you expressing your appreciation for their service can mean a great deal.
